Bruce Legg has 22 years experience in the real estate industry, including brokerage, appraisal, and construction.
Bruce has taught real estate and appraisal pre-licensing, continuing education, and exam prep courses for Cerritos College, El Camino College, Real Estate Trainers, and Anthony Schools.
He acts as a consultant for new real estate course curricula, reviews online appraisal courses and enjoys developing his own course material.
