I passed! I would like to have the information on getting a notary license. I was lucky and got a test with only one math question! I finished in one hour and 45 minutes. The week before the exam I kept doing your practice tests until I was scoring 80% plus. The practice questions really were very similar to the actual exam. Thank you. 

I also used your double checkmark system. It really helped me to focus on what I knew and get through the 150 questions quickly. After reaching question #150 I had a total of 33 questions in either the single or double check mark column. When I went back I would say I knew at least 10. I also decided when I finished the exam not to go back over my answers. I knew I did the best I could and didn’t want to start changing what may have been correct answers. I closed the exam book and left with 75% of the people still working on their test. I was so excited to find out I passed.

I took the Broker Test on April 3rd. I was planning of canceling and rescheduling it. I figured what can I lose. I took the test, and I PASSED! All I did was studied your questions on file and reviewed the online questions. I was not stressed getting to LA and did not have a migraine on the second half of the test this time. I finished the test early (50 minutes) and it scared me a little bit. I was thinking I may have finished too fast.

Have you seen the movie, “Pursuit of Happiness?” Well, I feel like Will Smith right now. I wanted to become a broker as a part-time job. I’d set a goal for studying and passing the exam. However, when I failed the first exam and missed it by only 3%, it put more pressure on me and then it became a challenge.

Just wanted to let you know that I PASSED MY EXAM!

I took your review last Saturday, April 28th, and took the exam on Monday, April 30th. I only had that Sunday to study your review questions, and I didn’t have enough time to make it through all of them. I chose to study the two shortest packages, which were the “Agency,” and “Broker Trust Funds.” I had failed the exam once already because they hit me with tons of trust fund questions, and I didn’t know a thing about them!

Possibly the reason I passed the exam was because during my one hour break between the morning and afternoon sessions, I went to the car and studied the “Misc” section. As I reviewed the questions I saw questions that I had JUST SEEN ON THE TEST!! I couldn’t believe my eyes! There were nearly 5-10 questions that I had already answered wrong on the morning portion. At this point, I realized there would be more showing up so I rushed through as many as I could.

When I exited the afternoon session, there were probably 20 out of 100 questions that I had just seen during my one hour break reviewing your “MISC” section.

Anyways, that was a long way to say THANK YOU!

My name is Suzanne Schowachert. I took your class on 9-9-06 in Irvine. I ordered the Principles from Allied but also got your videos. I would read a chapter every day and watch the video at night. Then I took your class. The key was the test materials I received the following Sunday from your website.

I tested all day long. Failed and passed some. So I continued testing until I was confident.

When taking the test today (9-13-06) I was amazed at how easily the questions and answers came. I used the check system when I was unsure of a question. I never had a check in the column that indicated I had no idea of what they were talking about. It seemed like the questions on your practice tests were the ones on the state exam.

I am worried that I finished the test too soon. We started at 8:50 A.M. and I signed out at 9:23 A.M. When I left there I felt like I aced the test. Then because I finished so quickly I started second-guessing myself. When I came home, I opened my book again and looked at some of the practice questions. And because of the testing, I got everyone of them right.

I just want to thank you for your video tapes and your class. I don't even know if I passed yet, but I feel confident that I know I did.

I wanted to let you know that I took the Broker’s test on Tuesday, June 6, and found out today that I PASSED!!!!!!!!!

I received the same test booklet as the first testing date on the first half of this test. It was much easier. On the second half, I received a much more difficult test booklet and not the same as last time. I used your grid to keep track of the questions I was either unsure of my answer or did not know altogether. On each section I counted approximately 24 questions that could go either way. I left more confident about my choices, but ready to take the test a third time if necessary.

I knew that I was close to 75% when I finished the test—which side of that 75% was in question.

Thank you for all of your support materials and the two crams. It was well worth my time. I have been referring you directly to everyone I know that is going to be taking either test.

Just thought you would like to know the success I achieved by being in the cram two times.

I passed the broker's test! Thanks for your help in getting prepared. The test was difficult and after the first half I thought, “What the hell am I still doing here?” Perhaps that's how they weed people out, by giving them a super difficult first half. Your prep course was great to lay down the basics. If you know the key concepts, then that's ¾ of the battle.

I took the Broker Test on April 3rd. I was planning of canceling and rescheduling it. I figured what can I lose. I took the test, and I PASSED! All I did was studied your questions on file and reviewed the online questions. I was not stressed getting to LA and did not have a migraine on the second half of the test this time. I finished the test early (50 minutes) and it scared me a little bit. I was thinking I may have finished too fast.

Have you seen the movie, “Pursuit of Happiness?” Well, I feel like Will Smith right now. I wanted to become a broker as a part-time job. I’d set a goal for studying and passing the exam. However, when I failed the first exam and missed it by only 3%, it put more pressure on me and then it became a challenge.

For what it’s worth, you were the third person (first, husband; second, daughter) to find out I passed. Your system was a big part of my passing the exam. Connecting the Dots helped me understand how everything works. You’ve got my recommendation. I can’t thank you enough.

Just wanted to let you know that I PASSED MY EXAM!

I took your review last Saturday, April 28th, and took the exam on Monday, April 30th. I only had that Sunday to study your review questions, and I didn’t have enough time to make it through all of them. I chose to study the two shortest packages, which were the “Agency,” and “Broker Trust Funds.” I had failed the exam once already because they hit me with tons of trust fund questions, and I didn’t know a thing about them!

Possibly the reason I passed the exam was because during my one hour break between the morning and afternoon sessions, I went to the car and studied the “Misc” section. As I reviewed the questions I saw questions that I had JUST SEEN ON THE TEST!! I couldn’t believe my eyes! There were nearly 5-10 questions that I had already answered wrong on the morning portion. At this point, I realized there would be more showing up so I rushed through as many as I could.

When I exited the afternoon session, there were probably 20 out of 100 questions that I had just seen during my one hour break reviewing your “MISC” section.

Anyways, that was a long way to say THANK YOU!
